How do I return an item?
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We at TYJA want every customer to be satisfied with our products. If you find that you need to return a product, we will provide a refund or an exchange for items returned in new condition and the original packaging. This applies to stock product that is NOT customized for your use.

For online stock orders - Please call TYJA Customer Service at 516-399-2077 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number will be used by our Shipping department to process the return. In order to properly process your return please be sure to include the RMA number, Order number, your name, address, telephone number, a copy of your invoice or packing slip and an explanation for the return or exchange along with desired outcome.
THINGS TO REMEMBER:
* All closeout/sale items are FINAL! We will not accept returns or exchanges for these items.
* Defective products must be shipped back at the customer's expense.
* When returning a non-defective item for a refund, only the item cost is refunded.
* Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
* TYJA is not responsible for any returned packages until they are signed by an employee.
* TYJA reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding returns.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS:TYJA products are customized to order.
All custom orders are NON REFUNDABLE / NON EXCHANGEABLE except in the case of a manufacturing defect. If you have any questions regarding defective merchandise for a TYJA Uniform product purchased please contact your sales representative or email@example.com
ART & SET UP Fees are NON REFUNDABLE whether final order is placed or not.
Jpeg images will not be accepted as provided art. These can be used as concept only.
Vector art is subject to designer review. Supplied image must meet the proper criteria to be used.
TYJA will provide no more than 4 versions for approval, additional art fees may apply for revisions after 4 have been submitted.
TYJA reserves the right to reject any art request that we feel is distasteful or disrespectful.
Order Deposits - A 25% deposit may be required in lieu of art and set up fee's to start the order processes. In the event the order is cancelled before final payment TYJA reserves the right to withhold 10% of the deposit to cover art creation and expenses.
Minimums - A minimum order of 12 or more pieces per custom design is required. A minimum of 6 pieces or more is required for repeats and fill in orders. No changes will be accepted to the previous art / design, must be an exact repeat.
COLOR RELATED ISSUES:
TYJA Sports does not guarantee color matching.
Customized items cannot be accepted for return for final color output not matching either the color displayed at the time the mock up was confirmed, or not matching other items ordered. Colors may vary from screen to screen based on resolution. TYJA Sports policy is to provide the closest color matching possible for our customers.
Scientifically, it is not possible to achieve a perfect color match from one dye lot to another. Therefore, we can not guarantee a perfect color match from 1 order to another or one fabric to another.
